Board-certified plastic and cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Kevin Hanz, is one of the leaders of Elevate Medical Spa and Cosmetic Surgery in Dallas, TX. Dr. Hanz was born and raised in Ohio where his appreciation for the art of plastic surgery began while he was pursuing an education at Case Western University. Seeking the best plastic surgery training possible, Dr. Hanz moved to Texas to complete his plastic and reconstructive surgery at the coveted University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
